This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which you (the "User" or "you") are permitted to access and use our services, which include the Kupola website, mobile apps, and associated software (collectively referred to as the "Service"). By accessing, registering, or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Use (the "Agreement").
If you disagree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from using the Service. By clicking “Continue” or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all of these terms.
In this Terms of Use, terms like "Company," "We," "Us," "Our" refer to Kupola.

1. Use of the Service
Kupola is designed to provide parents with tools to ensure the safety and well-being of their children while staying connected in a secure digital environment. By using the Service, you agree to abide by these terms, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
- Eligibility: To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old. Users under 18 are not permitted to create an account or use the Service without the express consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- Parental Consent: Parents or guardians must give consent for children under 18 to use the Service and for the collection and processing of personal data related to their children.
2. Installation & Requirements
To get started with Kupola, follow these steps:
- Install Kupola on the Parent’s Device: Download the *Kupola* app from Google Play or the App Store on your device.
- Install Kupola Jr. on the Child’s Device: Use the provided link to download *Kupola Jr.* from Google Play or the App Store on your child’s phone.
- Connect Parent and Child Accounts: Connect the kupola parent app with Child device after installing kupola jr. app on child device..
- Set Up the Child’s Phone: Adjust the required settings on the child’s device to enable necessary features.

Android: Version 6.0 or above
iOS: Version 15.0 or above
3. Service Regulations
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or disclose any part of the Service without permission.
- Use automated systems or bots to access the Service in ways that could overload our servers.
- Send unsolicited emails, spam, or other harmful content.
- Attempt to breach security or interfere with the integrity of the Service.
- Upload harmful software, such as viruses or malware, through the Service.
- Misrepresent your identity or engage in any fraudulent activities.
Failure to comply with these regulations may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Service.
4. Mobile Software
As part of the Service, we provide mobile apps and software. When you use these apps, you are granted a non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software on a single device for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Service Features
The Kupola Service includes two linked apps: *Kupola* (for parents) and *Kupola Jr.* (for children). Key features include:
App Usage Statistics: Track app usage and screen time on the child’s device. This data is available only to the parent.
To fully access and use the Service, you must grant permission for the app to collect usage data. If you choose not to share this data, certain features may be limited or unavailable.
8. Pricing and Payments
Kupola currently offers the Service free of charge. If the Company introduces paid subscription features in the future, you will be notified, and all payments will be subject to the agreed terms at that time.
9. Profile Closure
To cancel your subscription or close your account, please email us at help@kupola.app with your name, registered email address, and phone number. We will process your request within 5 business days.
10. Third-Party Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not controlled by the Company. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services offered by third-party sites. You access such links at your own risk and acknowledge that this Agreement does not apply to third-party websites.
11. Indemnification and Liability
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your violation of this Agreement, or any third-party rights.
The Service is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about the Service meeting your expectations or being free from errors. The Company is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages that may result from using or being unable to use the Service.
You are fully responsible for complying with all laws while using the Service and for any actions that violate the rights of others.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, United States, and the European Union as applicable. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate legal jurisdiction within these regions.
13. General Provisions
- Transfer of Rights: You may not transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement to any third party.
- Modifications to the Agreement: The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
- Entire Agreement: This Agreement, along with any changes or additional agreements, represents the entire understanding between you and the Company regarding the Service.
If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid by a court of law, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
